AGM and committee dinner

Ok, next Saturday the 20th will be the Annual General Meeting for Digivisipop, the society that brings you AICon. Anyone wanting to nominate for President(has to also be aicon convener), Vice President, Treasurer(also has to be aicon financial officer) and Secretary, please PM me before next saturday.

The time will be 11am on the ref steps outside the TUU building at the uni, if it's raining we'll move to one of the conference rooms at the library.

I will also be outlining the process for the AICon committee elections the following week, so please make sure you turn up.

Also, I will be booking us into the Ball and Chain at 7pm on the 20th for our committee and volunteer dinner, anyone from the committee and volunteers that would like to attend, please let me know so I can book with the right numbers.

The meeting yes, everyone that is interested in helping out for next years con should attend.

If we get enough people, the meals at Ball and Chain are big enough that you could get 1 meal between 2 and be full. Although I'd go 3 between 4 if you can manage it. Every meal also comes with access to a nice salad bar as well

AICon positions you can submit them now if you know them, but I'll be announcing it's open on saturday at the AGM. Best not to send it to me before you know I'm elected as president

Sammi, you may be in luck with the dinner, unfortunately when I went to book it the 7pm time was completely full, so we're booked in for 8.30. I realise how late that is, but I'm going to be there at 7 anyway for those that wont read this before the weekend, so we may have pre drinks and nibblies before going to dinner at 8.30
